Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive outpatient and hospital-based rehabilitation services. The role involves treating adults of all ages with a focus on upper extremity and general rehabilitation needs, ensuring quality patient care across diverse settings.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy for upper extremity conditions in outpatient settings.
• Administer general rehabilitation therapy within hospital environments.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Comply with state licensing, vaccination, and background check requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MN Occupational Therapist license.
• Demonstrate experience with Epic electronic health record systems.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Have previous outpatient hand/upper extremity therapy experience.
• Be willing to work a 5x8 day shift schedule.
• Meet vaccination and fingerprinting requirements for MN licensure.
