Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients in need of airway management, ventilator support, and oxygen therapy. Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement respiratory care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience.
• Hold NBRC RRT certification.
• Maintain current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate respiratory care equipment and technologies.
