Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients, supporting recovery and functional improvement through various therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment responses accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and therapies to promote optimal outcomes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment for therapy sessions.
• Adhere to established protocols and facility policies for patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Possess prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of following detailed treatment plans and documenting progress reliably.
• Be flexible with scheduling and adaptable to patient needs.
