Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in a mobile outpatient setting. The role involves delivering quality patient care while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.



Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their treatment needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Educate patients and families about treatment goals and exercises.
  
• Maintain compliance with licensing and facility policies.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold an active state Physical Therapist license.
  
• Possess current CPR certification.
  
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.
  
• Have prior outpatient therapy experience.
  
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
