Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and functional improvement. Deliver personalized treatment plans in a mobile outpatient setting. Ensure quality care within established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document clinical assessments and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold and maintain current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess prior experience in outpatient therapy.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile outpatient setting.
