Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care by developing and implementing treatment plans to improve mobility and functional ability. They assess patients, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine treatment needs and establish personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities to promote recovery and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
