Job Summary:

Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients on a PRN basis during night shifts. Monitor cardiac rhythms and ensure patient safety through accurate assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient condition and continuously monitor cardiac telemetry to detect abnormal rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient observations, care plans, and interventions accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and notify healthcare teams as needed.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
