Job Summary:
Provide professional nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring, ensuring accurate assessment and timely intervention. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data to detect arrhythmias or other cardiac events.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and telemetry procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia identification, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
