Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at Wesley Medical Center. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced neuro trauma unit, ensuring safety and comfort for critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment and clinical judgment.
• Administer medications, including drips and IV therapies, following established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to unit policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1-year recent acute care hospital telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR and telemetry monitoring systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high patient acuity and work flexibly.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
