Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical RN with Renal experience for a full-time assignment. The ideal candidate will provide patient care across med/surg units, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' renal and overall surgical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic charting system.
• Float to other med/surg units as required to meet facility needs.
• Adhere to facility policies, including holiday and weekend rotations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical RN experience.
• Hold a valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license prior to start.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Demonstrate ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 am–7:30 pm.
• Be willing to float between units and work every other weekend.
• Be able to comply with hurricane season emergency staffing requirements.
