Job Summary:
Assist occupational therapists in providing patient care and support functions to promote recovery and independence. Ensure smooth departmental operations while delivering quality patient-centered services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer therapeutic procedures and assist in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist during therapy sessions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clinical cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and team members.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
• Have 1+ years of experience in a therapy or medical setting.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
