Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN to provide specialized perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The role involves managing patient flow, ensuring safety protocols, and supporting surgical teams across various procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee surgical procedures as the OR Circulator, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide critical interventions during surgeries.
• Assist in preparing operating rooms and ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff to facilitate seamless surgeries.
• Document procedures, patient information, and intraoperative events accurately.
• Handle call duties, including at least one night per week, and participate in rotating schedules.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Hold current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from approved vendors.
• Demonstrate 1+ years of OR, neuro, trauma, or orthopedic experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of surgical procedures and infection control protocols.
• Show ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle emergency situations.
