Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Medical-Surgical unit within a 50-mile radius. Responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to facility protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, including titrable and set-rate drips, following established protocols.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips to monitor patient cardiac status.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient care and unit efficiency.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and documentation, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using EPIC or designated electronic health record systems.
• Support patient safety initiatives and assist with urgent clinical assessments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and unexpired RN license.
• Possess current BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia recognition and telemetry interpretation.
• Have at least one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
