Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient and hospital-based therapeutic services. The role involves working with adult patients across a variety of settings, including upper extremity hands therapy and general rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients in outpatient and hospital environments.
• Administer therapeutic interventions focusing on hands, upper extremity, and general rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to healthcare teams.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements and facility policies to ensure compliant care delivery.
• Participate in required documentation procedures including lab work, fingerprinting, and background checks.
• Support holiday coverage and flexibility for varying shift requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy license.
• Epic electronic medical record experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and background checks in compliance with state regulations.
• Experience working with adult patients in outpatient and hospital rehab settings.
• Must meet travel compliance criteria and hold or apply for necessary MN licenses.
