Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide urgent and comprehensive care in the Emergency Room setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a high-paced environment efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license with current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Proficient in Epic charting and electronic medical records.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
