Job Summary:
The Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT) is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT and X-ray modalities within an acute care hospital setting. The role ensures high-quality imaging is delivered efficiently to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce diagnostic images according to protocol.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain compliance with license requirements.
• Document procedures accurately in electronic health records such as Epic and Sectra PACS.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care and procedural efficiency.
• Maintain equipment safety checks and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Require at least 1 year of experience as a CT technologist.
• Hold current ARRT (R) (CT) certification and SCRQSA (R) (CT).
• Possess and provide a valid radiation badge.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Hold active South Carolina RN license or proof of application with plans to obtain it.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Epic and Sectra for PACS.
