Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled CT Scan Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital. The role involves working a 3x12-hour night shift, providing high-quality patient care, and floating within scope to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce clear and precise diagnostic images.
• Adapt to shifting patient volumes and clinical demands on a flexible schedule.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient positioning and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation within hospital systems, primarily Epic.
• Comply with radiation safety protocols and ensure radiation badges are correctly managed.
• Float between sister facilities as needed, adhering to scope and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid SC RN license or in progress with proof of application; in-hand license preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Level 1 trauma environment required; 1 year preferred.
• BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), and SCRQSA (R) (CT) certifications required.
• Siemens experience and trauma experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong clinical skills.
• Must provide a radiation badge and adhere to RTO and compliance policies.
