Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to adult patients in a busy medical-surgical unit, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon admission and continuously monitor their clinical status.
• Develop and update comprehensive patient care plans based on assessment findings.
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate nursing team efforts to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Educate patients and families about health management, procedures, and recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Require a minimum of 6 months of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Hold an active and valid RN license.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Show proficiency in patient care documentation and safety protocols.
