Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care on a 14-bed med-surg unit. This role involves delivering quality clinical services in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Float to other med-surg units as needed to support staffing requirements.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the appropriate state.
• Proven experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting.
• Ability to work 7a-7p shifts, including 6 weekends within a 6-week schedule.
• Willingness to work a fair share of holidays.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to float to other units when required.
