Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a NICU setting, ensuring patient safety and encouraging family-centered approaches. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to neonatal needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor and document neonatal vital signs, growth, and development progress.
• Assist with procedures such as intubation and ventilator management.
• Educate and support families regarding neonatal care, discharge instructions, and updates.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with pending licenses accepted, to be in hand before start date.
• BLS certification required; NRP certification must be in-hand at submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent NICU experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in neonatal clinical procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
