Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients within the NICU, ensuring patient safety and optimal health outcomes. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and utilizing advanced clinical skills for critical neonatal support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for NICU patients.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and clinical parameters, responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Assist with procedures such as intubation, IV placements, and ventilator management.
• Communicate effectively with families to provide education, emotional support, and care updates.

Qualifications:

• Hold or pending valid state RN license, with verification required prior to start.
• Possess BLS certification; NRP required at the time of submission.
• Demonstrate minimum experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
• Have current certifications in relevant clinical skills and procedures.
• Be available for designated shifts, including weekends and holidays, per scheduling policy.
