Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Observation Unit specializing in Telemetry. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care during night shifts, ensuring safety, and adhering to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and departmental policies.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies or changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid state nursing license required.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a telemetry or observation setting.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of telemetry equipment and patient monitoring techniques.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
