Job Summary:
Seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care on the observation unit. The role involves closely monitoring patients, implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and compile accurate documentation of medical histories and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor cardiac activity and respond promptly to abnormal readings or emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including dress code and infection control measures.
• Complete orientation modules and ensure all certifications and Licenses are up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Current valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience in a telemetry or acute care setting.
• Certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• COVID vaccination status required.
