Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a Medical Surgical/Tele environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing services, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses according to prescribed treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and update care plans to reflect changes in health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
• Float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units based on patient needs and competency.
• Adhere to strict dress code and infection control standards during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Valid state nursing license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrate competency to float to Telemetry as needed.
• Successful completion of facility-specific orientation modules.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission.
