Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN for night shifts in a Level II Trauma Center. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, supporting a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions consistently.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Cerner electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, including dress code and infection control policies.
• Float within scope to support various MS/TELE units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in medical-surgical or telemetry settings.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to strict hospital policies.
• Demonstrated ability to pass hospital orientation modules efficiently.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
