Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech therapy services to patients, assessing and treating communication disorders to improve their quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing functions to identify communication impairments.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to deliver effective speech therapy interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication at home and in daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid State or Federal licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Prior experience in a clinical or acute care setting preferred.
