Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse for a 16-week travel assignment in the Emergency Department, providing holiday coverage. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting patient care during peak times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in acute settings, ensuring high standards of patient safety and comfort.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care needs, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and compliance standards during all nursing activities.
• Support hospital staff during holiday periods, ensuring continuous and quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current certification in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS are required.
