Job Summary:
Provide essential emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. Deliver patient assessment, stabilization, and treatment while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Document all clinical observations, treatments, and patient responses accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, following infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license required.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in an Emergency Department setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications valid and up to date.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to prioritize care effectively.
