Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Department during a 16-week holiday coverage period. Ensure timely, efficient, and compassionate treatment for patients experiencing urgent medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Document clinical findings and update patient records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changing conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in adult and pediatric emergency care procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Possess the ability to work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Be able to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Successfully pass background checks and health screenings.
