Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced OR RNs and OR Techs to join our surgical team, providing support across a variety of specialties in a fast-paced hospital environment. This position offers opportunities for clinical growth and engagement in diverse surgical cases.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and ensure proper preparation for surgical procedures.
• Circulate cases in the operating room, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural protocols.
• Scrub in on a variety of surgical cases, including general, ENT, eyes, ortho, robotics, vascular, and trauma cases.
• Assist in maintaining sterile fields and managing surgical instruments and supplies.
• Cover call requirements, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and adhere to dress code and shift schedules.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN or OR Tech license and certification (BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred for RN).
• Possess 2-3 years of OR experience, including passing arms in and out for robotics.
• Have previous travel experience (minimum of two assignments), with specialty experience in ortho and other surgical procedures.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of EPIC EMR and various shift schedules (day, evening, night).
• Be able to respond to call within 30 minutes and adapt to floating across outpatient surgery.
