Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Operating Room (OR) Technicians for perioperative surgical services. Candidates must have sterile technique skills and experience in various surgical specialties, supporting day, evening, night, and on-call positions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and circulate cases in the operating room for a diverse range of surgical procedures.
• Pass arms in and out during robotic surgeries, maintaining sterile fields.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Assist in preparing ORs for surgeries, including room turnover and setup.
• Participate in on-call rotations, responding within 30 minutes when on duty.
• Support team members during emergent and scheduled surgeries while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license or OR Technician certification.
• Possess 2–3 years of relevant OR experience, including previous travel assignments.
• Demonstrate experience with EPIC electronic health record systems.
• Have current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred for RNs.
• Be proficient with robotic surgical systems, including Davinci and Rosa.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills suitable for rotating shifts and call coverage.
