Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in a level 4 NICU or PICU setting. Ensure optimal patient outcomes through skilled application of respiratory therapies and ventilator management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments for neonates, pediatrics, and adults.
• Manage and operate ventilators including Hamilton, Servo, and Fisher Paykel High Flow devices.
• Perform airway management procedures and assist with intubations.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as ABGs and EKGs as needed.
• Facilitate intrahospital transport of critical patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold RRT credential; CRT accepted with preference for RRT.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in PICU or level 4 NICU.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Ability to assist with intubation but not perform independently.
• Strong understanding of neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory needs.
