Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive respiratory care services in various inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will manage breathing treatments, perform ABGs, and assist with airway interventions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer breathing treatments, ABGs, and capillary sticks for I-Stats.
• Assist with intubations and respiratory equipment management.
• Perform EKGs and manage respiratory devices such as ventilators, BiPAP, and High Flow systems.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuous patient care and safety.
• Follow departmental protocols for patient assessment and treatment procedures.
• Adhere to scheduling, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unexpired state driver’s license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• RRT credential or CRT accepted if grandfathered by WV Board.
• 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with intubations; independent intubation proficiency optional.
• Experience working in ER, inpatient units (MS, PCU, ICU), rehab, PACU, SNF, and outpatient clinics.
