Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care on a MedSurg nephrology floor, delivering high-quality patient services and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The RN will manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV starts, and other treatments according to protocols.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs, adjusting care as needed.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license to practice in the required state.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent MedSurg experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and intermediate skills.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• Have travel experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be willing to work Night shift (3x12 hours).
