Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This 13-week assignment offers the potential for extension and requires flexibility with float shifts and minimal RTO.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate patient care for Medical Surgical patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR.
• Float to different units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including minimal RTO and travel guidelines.
• Complete required modules through HealthStream prior to start date.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and meet state requirements.
• Possess at least 2 years recent MedSurg nursing experience.
• Demonstrate previous travel nursing experience.
• Be certified in BLS; ACLS preferred.
• Have proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Soarian.
• Submit all required documentation, including references, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS, and valid DL.
