Job Summary:


Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support patient needs under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring comfort and safety.



Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  
• Monitor and report patient changes in condition to nursing staff.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  
• Follow infection control protocols and adhere to facility policies.
  
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  
• Support nurses with basic clinical tasks as delegated.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• CNA certification from an accredited program.
  
• Valid state or federal CNA license or certification.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
  
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
  
• Ability to adhere to infection control guidelines and safety protocols.
