Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced acute care hospital. The role involves supporting cardiovascular interventions, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, including scrub and monitoring duties.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring all tools are sterile and functional for each case.
• Assist during procedures by monitoring patient vitals, handling supplies, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Document procedure details accurately within the EPIC system and ensure proper charting.
• Follow all radiation safety regulations, including maintaining and providing radiation badges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience with proficiency in coronary diagnostics and interventions.
• Hold current certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS (registered or in process).
• Maintain a valid South Carolina license (SCRQSA) and provide radiation badge documentation.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in prepping and assisting with complex cardiovascular procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
