Job Summary:

Providing skilled physical therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and mobility. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement and modify treatment interventions based on patient progress.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to support recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or credential as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited programs.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Possess effective documentation and record-keeping skills.
