Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 4 NICU setting. Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety while adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive neonatal care, including ventilator management, line changes, and post-operative care.
• Monitor and assess critically ill infants, utilizing advanced equipment such as oscillators and conventional ventilators.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient observations, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current California RN license or pending license with ETA for posting.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU Level 4 experience.
• Strong clinical skills in line management, ventilator support, and neonatal procedures.
• BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS certifications preferred.
• Ability to float within scope to PICU and satellite NICU campuses.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
