Job Summary:


Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with oncology specialization to provide compassionate patient care within a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves managing chemotherapy treatments, patient assessments, and collaborating with medical teams to deliver optimal outcomes.



Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments following established protocols.
  
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs during shifts.
  
• Document patient care activities accurately in the EPIC charting system.
  
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, certifications, and facility policies.
  
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns as necessary.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold an active NJ or Compact nursing license.
  
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience.
  
• Demonstrate current BLS and Chemotherapy Certification.
  
• Be able to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts).
  
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  
• Willing to float within skillset and adapt to unit needs.
