Job Summary:
Seeking a Certified Scrub Tech with extensive OR experience to join a fast-paced surgical team. The role involves supporting various surgical procedures while maintaining compliance with safety and certification standards.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sterile field setup and maintain sterile techniques throughout procedures.
• Assist surgeons and operating room staff with instrumentation and supply management.
• Adapt to rotating duties including D/E shifts and multitask during complex surgeries.
• Support a wide range of surgical specialties such as ortho, robotics, general, ENT, plastics, and neuro.
• Comply with scheduling requirements including weekends, call, and holiday rotations.
• Ensure documentation of all work history details as required by the facility.

Qualifications:

• Hold current AHA BLS certification and NBSTSA certification; CNOR preferred.
• Have prior travel OR experience with at least 2 years of OR support.
• Demonstrate recent experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital within the last year.
• Possess solid knowledge of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing shifts, call, and holiday work.
• Own reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires from November to April.
