Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for patients during the childbirth process. This role involves supporting patients before, during, and after delivery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive childbirth care.
• Manage labor progression, monitor fetal and maternal health, and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and assist with pain management procedures.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the delivery process.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Float to Med/Surg and ER units, assisting with Skilled Swing Bed or observation patients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• BLS, FHM, and NRP certifications required.
• Demonstrate charge nurse experience preferred.
• Capable of managing IVs, performing assessments, and handling basic nursing tasks.
• Ability to assist with ER patients if needed and work collaboratively in a multi-department setting.
