Job Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist provides specialized assessments and therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. They develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and execute evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a relevant master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Have minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
