Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to patients in a clinical setting. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to support ongoing communication improvement.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal speech-language pathology license.
• Demonstrate certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Have prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
