Job Summary:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients to promote their independence and improve their functional abilities. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs related to occupational performance.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on therapy routines and strategies for continued improvement.
• Comply with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal occupational therapy license or certification.
• Possess a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and patient communication skills.
• Exhibit ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
