Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals.
• Implement therapeutic activities and modalities to facilitate recovery and independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
