Job Summary:
Provide physical therapy services to patients to promote mobility, function, and overall well-being. Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Implement individualized therapy plans using manual techniques, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Document clinical assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
