Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide essential therapy services for a critical patient population. This role requires dedication to patient care, adherence to safety protocols, and flexibility within the scheduled workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
• Administer physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including bringing proper identification and wearing a photo badge.
• Adhere to scheduled hours, ensuring a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state or federal issued physical therapy license or registration.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment.
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Have available recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Be willing to work weekdays, Monday through Friday.
• Commit to a 17-week contract period with guaranteed hours.
