Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide specialized care in Labor and Delivery. This contract position requires managing fetal testing procedures and supporting maternal health during labor.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor fetal and maternal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain documentation of patient status and clinical interventions.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with proven experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Must possess BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work in the designated state without restrictions.
