Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state-issued Physical Therapist license.
• Possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
